21 Locks Brewing is currently seeking a Part-Time Barista 10 – 30 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome them to the Cafe
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitization protocols
- Maintain a clean environment
- Understand coffee offerings and be able to answer questions as well as make recommendations
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Process customer payments
- Uphold high standards of service quality and consistency
- Assist with other retail operations as needed
- Knowledge and/or passion for coffee or a willingness to be trained and learn more about coffee
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- Stand for 5-10 hours per day
- Lift 55lbs
- Work in a fast-paced environment while still prioritizing safety and customer experience
- Work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
Strongly Desired:
- Previous specialty coffee experience in a cafe or roaster
- Knowledge of dialing in espresso and calibrating an espresso machine
- Is knowledgeable of processes within the coffee industry
- Knowledge of different coffee processing methods
This position is part-time, on-site at our Morrisville PA location. This job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.

21 Locks Brewing is currently seeking a short order cook. As a 21 Locks Brewing company employee, the S.O.C is responsible for preparing a variety of consistent, quality foods that require short preparation time.
Supervised By: Kitchen Manager
Job Specific Responsibilities – (include but are not limited to):
Ensure food is consistently delivered quickly and hot and meet customer specifications
Ensure food is fully prepared and meets the FDA requirements for proper food temperatures
Ability to read orders, understand instruction and talk to fellow staff members
Grill and garnish hamburgers or other meats.
Grill, cook, and fry foods such as French fries, eggs, and breakfast meats.
Perform simple food preparation tasks such as preparing vegetables and carving meats etc.
Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
Taking customer orders through the point of sales system
Accept payments, and make change or write charge slips as necessary.
Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
Job Requirements –
On-the-job training in food preparation and sanitation techniques
Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
Strong communication, team working and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Good manual dexterity to handle sharp knives and other utensils
Great sense of taste.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs

21 Locks Brewing is currently seeking Part-Time Tasting Room Associates. Tasting Room Associates pour beer and other alcoholic and non alcoholic options in our Taproom as well as work the retail counter selling beer and merchandise to go. Required work hours (but not limited to) are one weekday shift as well as one on Saturday or Sunday (or both).
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome them to the Brewery.

- Pour and serve beer to customers.
- Maintain a clean environment.
- Understand beer offerings and be able to answer questions as well as make recommendations.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Process customer payments.
- Ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Uphold high standards of service quality and consistency.
- Assist with other retail operations as needed.
Competencies:
- Knowledge and/or passion for craft beer and brewing or willingness to be trained and learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Stand for 6-10 hours per day
- Lift 55lbs, move 165lbs occasionally
- Work in a fast-paced environment while still prioritizing safety and customer experience
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Prior experience working in craft-focused bar or restaurant
Strongly Desired:
- High level knowledge of draft system a plus
